IMPORTANT NOTE ON LODGING: Hotel room registration is now available and will be available through February 23rd, 2018, after which point the rooms will be released and finding lodging will become the responsibility of conference participants.
The official location for lodging during the conference is The Marriott Columbus – University Area in Columbus, OH (3100 Olentangy River Road Columbus, OH 43202). The Marriott Columbus University Area is roughly 1.5 miles from the majority of conference events (Denney Hall). Using the ECWCA Group discount link, the hotel reservation price will be $149.00 for two beds (queen) or 1 bed (king). The hotel offers free parking, restaurants and a bar, as well as a free shuttle that will drive guests a radius of 8 miles. We suggest you use the shuttle to save money on parking on-campus. Conference Parking, Check-in and Event Locations
The 40th Annual ECWCA Conference will take place on Ohio State University’s Columbus campus. Major conference events such as check-in, and breakfast will take place in Denney Hall room 311. Each keynote speaker event, along with the awards ceremony and lunch will take place across the street from the Ohio Union at the Gateway Film Center. All sessions will take place in Denney Hall and the 18th Avenue Research Commons (3rd floor). Parking on campus requires a fee, thus it is recommended that conference guests use the shuttle from the official conference hotel.
